Service Agreements Include
- Two service calls: Furnace in the Fall and A/C unit in the Spring
- Complete cleaning of the units
- Checking of motors, fans, and controls for proper operations
What does it cost?
The cost of an annual service agreement is $160.00, literally less than having your normal annual clean and check done plus two service calls per year – once in the fall and once in the spring. There is an additional $10 charge for out-of-town calls.
